Full Stack Developer

Position Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that are both scalable and efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record of delivering successful web applications.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, PHP).
• Frameworks &Libraries: Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and back-end frameworks such as Express.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.

• Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust front-end and back-end solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across the application.
• Front-End Design: Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-End Development: Build and manage server-side applications, APIs, and databases using languages and technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP
• Database Management: Design, implement, and maintain databases, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and integrity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• CodeQuality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimise application performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and scalability issues.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
